Wait, is it normal to get only one photo card? Seriously??? I only got one photo card and there weren't any of the other items either. Is that normal??? I opened it excitedly but ended up so disappointed.

I liked that it came quickly. But I wish it had better bubble wrap protection. The album cover got wrinkled and dented. The photo card has scratches and the main card has scratches too - I'm upset. The Min-gyu album cover has a line scratched across it. There were even more cover defects but too many to upload photos of them all. Should I request an exchange? I'm really disappointed and confused.

There are some defects but the members are so pretty so I can let it slide. My bias didn't come but I'm still happy.

The album had defects on the outside and the photo cards had defects too so I requested an exchange. It arrived today and when I checked, there were no defects on the outside but the unit photo card and mini photo card came wrinkled. Still happy though because I got my bias Hoshi's photo card! (Even if it had defects..) Overall I'm not completely satisfied but Hoshi is so pretty so it's fine.

The photo card has defects - there are scratch lines going through it. I wish the packing had been more careful. But our Boo Seungkwan is so pretty so it's okay.

Wow it's seriously so beautiful. My bias didn't come out but there were lots of photo cards included which was nice. Pretty satisfied overall.

Delivery came really fast but it was packed so poorly - just thrown in one thin envelope. The album was already heavily scratched with lots of marks. I heard many people got duplicates so I only bought one, but I got Vernon on the cover. What version did everyone else get? I'm curious. I was hesitant about getting into SEVENTEEN but ended up buying it anyway and I'm so happy about it. Thanks.

Got Hoshi. It came wrapped in plastic but had creases. The photo card and album itself were okay though.
